Shipment
We charge a shipping fee per delivery depending on the weight, size and destination of the shipment. If you have entered the desired products in the shopping cart and the shipping address, the shipping costs will be calculated and displayed automatically.
We ship on workdays within 24 hours if possible. The shipping time depends on the shipping method you have chosen in the delivery address. Please note that shipping can take up to a week in Switzerland and two to three weeks worldwide. We strive to get your Blessed products to you as quickly as possible. If you had to wait longer for your package, please contact us by email.
Exchange / Return
The exchange of ordered goods is possible up to 14 days after dispatch if the desired exchange size or the desired product is in stock. You are welcome to request this by email. For all goods to be exchanged, the delivery address, the order number and the desired product and, if available, the size/color must be specified. You have to pay the return costs yourself. Excluded from exchange are: for hygienic reasons, the following products: socks, underwear, swimwear as well as reduced-price items and drinks. The return address is:

You have a 30-day right of withdrawal. In the case of your revocation, the order number and the reason for the revocation must be stated. The following products are excluded from the right of withdrawal for hygienic reasons: socks, underwear, swimwear and drinks, as well as goods with a reduced price. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you for the postage costs that we have incurred. The period begins when the goods are sent (postmark or according to tracking). The revocation must be sent to:

If you have received the wrong products, sizes or an incorrect delivery, the shipment must be returned to Blessed within 10 days with a note of the problem. We will endeavor to find a replacement as soon as possible. The return address is:

For every product that you buy from us, you have a guarantee period of one month from the day the item left our premises. In warranty cases, we ask you to return the product to us with a note of the defect. The guarantee covers all defects that occur within the agreed guarantee period, provided that they can be proven to be caused by poor material or faulty manufacture. We are not liable for damage that can be traced back to improper use or natural wear and tear or for damage that has not occurred to the delivery item itself (consequential damage). We will check the item and, in the event of a warranty claim, will repair or replace the product or refund you the amount in the form of a voucher.
